Well actually pretty much all which are in my DVD collection (otherwise I would not have acquired them in the first place, would I ? ;-)). Lately I am interested in 3D movies, like Avatar, The Three Musketeers ...
That is a difficult question, you see I'm not the normal 3-book person (check book, telephone book, yellow pages). I own a decent set of books of a wide variety, my books fairly mirror my range of interest. I'm sure you'll find a lot of interesting ones there.
I'm open to all kinds of new things in the kitchen, I like the western european cusine (french, spanish, portugese, italien, german of course), I m not so fond of english cooking (but there are exceptions), I like northern europen cusine, particularly what they do with fish. I am not so familiar with eastern european cooking, even though there are some dishes which I like but can never pronounce or remember the name
That is easily described, BPM (beats per minute) less than 130, disharmonics less than 30%, volume less than earsplitting level, song texts understandable .. I like classical music too and even have taken a liking to operas lately ... I must be getting old ;-)
Mostly casual, but business like as well, if required. I do like to go to dance at balls, so I am familiar with formal dress as well. Generally I am of the opinion that the occasion sets the dress style.
There is the rumor of me having a great sense of humor, of the blackest kind at times even ;-). But that is naturally all hearsay, I do like to laugh and not only about jokes or other people, but about myself as well.
Go look on the first page, it is all there ...
I have travelled pretty much all over western, southern and northern europe, lived and worked for a good while in the USA, travelled the whole of USA, southern Canada and northern Mexico. In the future I would like to go to South Africa, Namibia and Kenia. For this year and next year I want to travel the eastern european states.
I consider myself to be very adaptive, as long as there is a common base of communication and understanding, I don't expect any serious problems
Summer time ... there is this old little cottage on the beach of a small island in the Baltic sea, which we rented for a few weeks of vacation. It is a crisp and early summer morning, the sun has barely risen. You murmured silent protests, when I carefully disentangled myself from your arms trying to not wake you up. I went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast, opened the window, smelled the fresh and salty morning air and listened to the seagulls fighting over scraps of food washed ashore by the waves. I got up early today to go fish and hopefully catch some salmon for our dinner tonight. My fishing gear is ready and sitting by the door, I am brewing my favorite black tea and set the table for breakfast. I watch the sun rise from the water, listen to the waves crash on the beach, sip my tea and am thinking about last night ... that was surely something to remember ... sweet thoughts still linger in my mind ... When I grab my fishing gear, ready to go out, you suddenly appear in the bedroom door, you seem to have noticed my leaving, still half asleep, your hair all askew, wrapped in a thin sheet murmuring something softly. There is this special look that women have, when they are not quite awake and still warm from bed ... something very difficult to resist ... you turn slightly and the thin sheet slips from your bare shoulder ... you look breathtakingly beautiful ... I cannot help but drop my fishing gear and rush towards you. Slowly I kiss along your jawline, down your neck towards your bare shoulder ... when your breath quickens and I feel you respond, I gather you up in my arms and carry you back to bed ... You sure saved a poor salmons live this morning ... we will have to go shopping for dinner later in the afternoon in that little store on the road to the harbor ... right now we just rest cuddled up in each others arms ... can you hear the seagulls my dear...?
Winter time ... Wind is howling around the log cabin up in the snowy mountains, a fire is on in the fireplace, you are snuggled up next to me. I trace the intricate lines of light and shadow, that the fire casts across your sensitized skin softly with my fingertips. The mischievious twinkle in your eyes draws me closer still, your half opened lips meet mine ... slowly I unbutton your blouse ...
Open minded, widely interested in people as well as in things, unprejudiced, easy going, calm, relaxed ... someone said to me once he was doubting I was of flesh and blood even, because he thought I was so cool in a particularly difficult situation ...
The woman that can relate to the following ... ... walking along the waterline on a sandy beach holding hands, looking for sea shells ... talking ... laughing ... joking. ... rest on the warm sand ... break french bread ... eat soft cheese ...sip chilled white wine ... deeply look into each others eyes and cannot help but kiss ... when our lips touch the world around us seems to fade ... and then there is just the two of us ...
